The 70 Garden Apartments are available to families and include 2,3,4, and 5 Bedroom apartments. Most of these are townhouse style apartments with bedrooms upstairs. Each apartment includes a stove, refrigerator and washer/dryer hook-up.
Rent for Garden Apartments is based on 30% of the “family adjusted gross income” minus a utility allowance depending on apartment size. All of our apartments are spacious and offer plenty of closet space

In order to qualify for the Stratton Apartments you must be 55 years of age.
Ten specially designed disabled access units are available to those who qualify.
Rent including utilities is based on 30% of monthly adjusted income.

The Amsterdam Housing Authority is now a Smoke Free building. For the Health and Safety of our residents, guests and employees,smoking is no longer permitted indoors including inside of any unit.
Smoking will be permitted outside in designated areas, or more than twenty-five (25) feet away from buildings if there are no designated areas.
